Master of Science in Nursing
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) offers two concentrations to prepare students for either educating future professionals in nursing or administration within the profession. The MSN Administration concentration is designed to prepare students in nursing administration to address the health care delivery system and anticipate the healthcare needs for which nurses will provide leadership roles. The MSN Education concentration is designed to prepare graduate students in nursing education to address gaps of nurse educators caused by growing healthcare needs.
The faculty who teach in the Master of Science in Nursing Program have terminal degrees in Nursing. Additional faculty from the community will enhance the program with the capacity for teaching excellence, student mentorship, and scholarly professional engagement.
